The Class of 1972 is in the process of preparing for the Class of 1971's Annual BBQ Cooking 
Contest. The Contest is set to be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019, with a rain date of October 12, 2019. If you have attended before, you may know  the judging is for pork ribs, beef ribs and half chickens (Which we get to eat after the contest ). The class ususally has hot dogs, smoked sausage, chicken, bologna and much more.

A coordinator, Verna Glover, will be organizing the side dishes. Classmates may donate money or food items such as spaghetti, baked beans, potato salad, slaw, pasta salad, fruit trays, vegetable trays, drinks, desserts, and much more.
