Clarence and I met in the third grade at Georgia Avenue Elementary in Mrs. Rice room. Clarence later known as "Blood" taught me how to draw and we got out of many school assignments by decorating the door of our class room for different season and holiday.. He was an outstanding artist and individual with many talents. I will never forget my childhood friend.
Clarence and I were the best of friends at Porter Jr. High, in fact; we were in some of the same classes includig Pysical Ed three times a week. He was the best square dancing partner I ever had during the school year. He was full of life, very kind and sweet person with many talents.
